Fees
Fees for services provided include Dr. Hoffman's services, plus whatever you charge your clients for anesthesia (induction, maintenance, monitoring) and hospitalization.
Anesthesia will be provided by your practice. Dentistry can be performed in your hospital if you use Isoflurane or Sevoflurane anesthesia. Pre-operative blood test results should be faxed prior to a dental procedure.
